Can you keep a villa’s original features?
They are often what gives it its value. At the visit, we note what can be kept, restored or replaced, and the quote sets this out line by line.
Do I need an architect or a permit to renovate a villa?
We check at the design stage whether the works require a permit. When a project affects the structure or the exterior of the house, it falls within an architect’s remit, and we then carry out the works to the architect’s plans.
