Renovation in Monaco, from strip-out to handover
Apartments, villas, offices and shops. We design the project and itemise the quote trade by trade, then our own teams carry out the works right through to handover.
A company that builds, not a middleman
Ars Dekor has been renovating properties in Monaco since 2011. We carry out the visit, the design study and the quote, then run the works with our own teams and craftsmen, coordinating every trade. You keep a single point of contact, from the first survey to the handover.

From the first survey to the handover of the keys, everything a project requires is handled by the same company.
The design study
On-site survey, layout plans, choice of materials and a quote itemised trade by trade. Nothing starts without a dated schedule.
Strip-out and services
Strip-out, partitions, renewal of plumbing and electrics, by the trades we coordinate.
Floors, walls and ceilings
Parquet and stone, plasterwork and paint, corniced ceilings and integrated lighting.
Joinery
Doors, cupboards, bookcases, kitchens and dressing rooms, made to measure for the property.
The building
Formalities and correspondence with the managing agent, within the building’s regulations and the Principality’s permitted working hours.
Handover
Cleaning, snagging, handover of the keys and maintenance manuals.
What makes Monaco different

In Monaco, most projects take place in occupied buildings. Access is tight, parking is scarce, deliveries have to be scheduled, and the building’s regulations set out what may be done, and when.
We deal with these constraints before the first day on site: liaison with the managing agent, protection of the common areas, removal of rubble, the order in which the trades come in. A well-prepared site is one that keeps to its schedule.
Our teams have been working in the Principality’s buildings since 2011, from Monte-Carlo to Fontvieille. Andrea Leorina, who runs the company, has worked in the finishing trades since 2000. About us
Your questions, our answers
How much does a renovation cost in Monaco?
The price depends on the floor area, the condition of the property, the services to be renewed and the materials chosen. That is why we quote after the visit, trade by trade: every item is set out clearly, so you can decide where to spend.
Do you need a permit to renovate in Monaco?
It depends on the scale of the works. The building’s regulations always apply, and some works require the building’s consent or an administrative permit. We check this at the design stage and handle the formalities with the managing agent.
Who coordinates the different trades?
We do. A single point of contact organises the order of works, oversees the site day to day and is accountable for the handover.
Can you renovate a property I have just bought in Monaco?
Yes. Ideally, bring us in straight after the purchase: the design study moves forward during the formalities, and the works can start as soon as you receive the keys.
