The questions we hear most
How long does a full renovation take in Monaco?
It depends on the floor area, the condition of the property and the permissions required. A complete apartment refurbishment takes several months, allowing for the design study, the building’s approval and the works themselves. You receive a dated schedule with the quote.
Who deals with the managing agent and building permissions?
We do. Our site coordination covers the formalities and all correspondence with the managing agent, within the building’s regulations and the Principality’s permitted working hours.
Can I live in my apartment during the renovation?
That depends on the scale of the project and the trades involved. We discuss it at the first visit and plan the phasing accordingly.
Do you offer interior design as well as renovation?
Yes, both: it is what our name stands for. We design the layout, select the materials with you, make the bespoke joinery and furniture, and carry out the works.
Do you work outside Monaco?
Yes. Our projects are mainly in the Principality, from Monte-Carlo to Larvotto and from the Carré d’Or to Fontvieille, and on the neighbouring Riviera. We also work anywhere in the world, subject to quotation, with team travel and site logistics costed case by case.
