Ars Dekor is a Monegasque renovation and interior decoration company, established in 2011. For architects, interior architects and interior designers, we build the project exactly as drawn: a quote itemised trade by trade from your drawings, works carried out by our own teams, a single point of contact, progress shared with you and every snag put right. Your plans, to the letter
We build to the plans and detail drawings exactly as they are drawn. A dimension that does not work on site, a constraint uncovered during strip-out: we refer it to you before acting, never after.
A quote, trade by trade
Priced from your drawings, trade by trade, with a dated schedule. Your client can read every line, and each option is priced separately so that they can decide.
A single point of contact
The same person runs the site day to day: organising the teams, coordinating the trades, keeping to the schedule. You know who to call.
Progress you can follow
You are kept informed at every stage, including of what the finishes will later conceal: services, waterproofing, substrates.
The managing agent and the building
We prepare the works with the managing agent: the building’s regulations, the working hours in force in the Principality, protection of the common parts, access and deliveries.
Snagging cleared
Handover takes place with you. Snags are listed, then put right by our teams, and the property is handed over clean, with the maintenance manuals.
What we handle directly
The trades where detail makes the project do not fall between two contractors.
Joinery
Doors, panelling, cladding, cupboards, bookcases and kitchens, made by our teams or under their direct supervision, from survey to installation. Our joinery

Marble, onyx and stone in large slabs, laid by our teams or under their direct supervision, together with the plumbing and waterproofing that go with them. Bathrooms and marble
Upholstery
Headboards, seating, curtains and drapes, made up in the fabrics you have specified and to the dimensions of the room. Upholstery
You design, we build
You remain the author of the project: the choices, materials and specifications are yours, and any departure from them goes through you. We bring what the build demands, as on our own renovation projects: teams on site, coordinated craftsmen, a schedule that is kept. Working together, in four stages
From receipt of your drawings to the handover of the keys, each stage has its own deliverable.
1. Your drawings
You send us the plans, detail drawings and specification. We visit the property with you and note anything that may constrain the build.
2. The quote
Priced trade by trade from your drawings, with a dated schedule and technical queries raised in writing before signature.
3. The works
Our teams carry out the work, and our site lead coordinates the trades and the building. You are kept informed of progress and you sign off the details.
4. Handover
A handover inspection with you, snags listed then put right, the keys and maintenance manuals handed over.

Is Ars Dekor an architectural or interior architecture practice?
No. Ars Dekor is a renovation and interior decoration company: we build the projects you design. Architecture is a regulated profession in Monaco and we do not practise it. Our guide explains who does what.
Can you price a project from our plans and specification?
Yes. Send us the drawings: plans, detail drawings, specification. After visiting the property, we provide a detailed quote, itemised trade by trade, with a dated schedule. Any option is priced separately.
Who will be our point of contact on site?
A single person, who organises our teams, coordinates the trades and keeps to the schedule. They keep you informed and refer to you anything that departs from the drawings.
Do you make the joinery and furniture we design?
Yes. Doors, panelling, bookcases, kitchens and dressing rooms are made and installed to your drawings, by our teams or under their direct supervision. Bespoke furniture
Do you work outside Monaco?
Our projects are in the Principality and on the Riviera, and elsewhere in the world subject to quotation. Ventimiglia, in Italy, is among our completed projects.
